Walking trekathons
Trekathon are 26 mile routes for those hikers and trekkers who like a bit more of a challenge to their walking events! You can walk, jog or run the route and there's a half-distance finishing point for those not ready to do the full marathon quite yet. There will be full support throughout the challenge with marshals and water stops along the route.

Cheddar to Glastonbury Trekathon - 28th July, 2012
Heading south from our start point near the village of Cheddar we walk the edge of the Mendip Hills to Cheddar Gorge and on to the small cathedral city of Wells, we continue on flatter farmland, finally turning west towards Glastonbury, famous for its ancient history, mythical connections and music festival! Hadrian's Wall Trekathon - 23rd June, 2012
Hadrian’s Wall originally ran from coast to coast and spanned 72 miles. Starting at Brocolitia Roman Fort, we trek for 26 miles alongside the wall, admiring ancient monuments and beautiful scenery of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is a very challenging day-walk which will take arouynd 12 hours and give us a great sense of achievement as we finish at Lanercost Priory! London Olympic Stadia Trekathon - 1st September, 2012
Brand new for this year and proving popular already, this Olympic-themed Trekathon takes in many of the Olympic Stadia, giving you a chance to see them close up and walk the streets of London too. This Trek is already almost full so book soon, or contact us for more information!
Spire 2 Spire Trekathon - 8th September, 2012
Our route takes us from Winchester’s historic Cathedral into picturesque English countryside. We head west through farmland, ancient woodland, chalk valleys and quiet villages. Our destination is the magnificent 13th-Century Salisbury Cathedral. This is a tough event over the rolling downs and water-meadows between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury and at 26 miles, represents a fantastic challenge for walkers.
