Get fit and feel good about yourself!

Free places for the British London 10K

Jan 26, 2012

As we approach the end of January it’s a good time to assess how well we have stuck to our New Year’s resolutions…have you been to the gym more, walked to work instead of driving, or cut down on the calories after Christmas?  If like us you’ve been struggling, then why not consider setting yourself a challenge to run six miles for people with scoliosis?

There is no better way to feel good about yourself than by getting fit, healthy and supporting a fantastic cause; three ways to naturally release endorphins and give you a boost through the cold months!  By taking up one of our free places to run in the London 10K you will be helping support people with scoliosis now and research for the future.

As well as feeling good about yourself by training and participating in an amazing event to support us, there is no better time to take up a running challenge than in the Olympic year.  Be part of the 2012 adventure! The 10K is a great opportunity for anyone, whether an experienced runner or a newbie, to dust off their trainers and join the SCF team.

We'll provide you with sponsorship forms, t-shirts, support, and information- and we'll be there to cheer you along on race day!  For more information visit the running events page or contact the SCF team.

We need YOU to join our London 10K team in July!  Get fit, feel great, and wear a smile by doing something amazing for SCF!
